Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Express shipping is available upon request.

Special orders may take 2-4 weeks to ship, depending on availability of materials.

Once your order has been processed, the average transit times are as follows:

USA: 3-5 business days

Mexico & Canada: 5-10 business days 

International: 10-15 business days

Customs, Duties, Taxes (International Orders)

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country.

Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We have no control over these government imposed charges and they vary greatly from country to country.

We hope you’re happy with your purchase; however, if you change your mind simply send your items back to us within 14 days and choose a refund or exchange.

  Items must be unworn, in their original packaging and wrapped carefully so they don’t get damaged on their journey.

Returns and exchanges can take up to 7 working days to complete. I will refund the cost of standard outbound delivery to get the goods to you, however you will need to cover the cost of delivery to return the item.

It can take 5-10 working days for any refund to appear in your account. Please Contact Us if your refund has not appeared after this time is up.

Everything I sell is made carefully by hand, but sometimes things break. Send it back to me and I’ll fix it. I want you to be happy and if I can’t repair or replace the item, I will offer you an exchange of equal value.
