Repairs and Exchanges
We hope you’re happy with your purchase; however, if you change your mind
simply send your items back to us within 14 days and choose a refund or exchange.
Remember to email me at [email protected] to let me know to expect it, and include a note with your:
- contact details,
- order number and
- the reason for your return.
Items must be unworn, in their original packaging and wrapped carefully so they don’t get damaged on their journey.

Returns and exchanges can take up to 7 working days to complete. I will refund the cost of standard outbound delivery to get the goods to you, however you will need to cover the cost of delivery to return the item.
It can take 5-10 working days for any refund to appear in your account. Please Contact Us if your refund has not appeared after this time is up.
Repairs
Everything I sell is made carefully by hand, but sometimes things break. Send it back to me and I’ll fix it. I want you to be happy and if I can’t repair or replace the item, I will offer you an exchange of equal value.
If more than 3 months has passed since you purchased your item, we’ll need some more information from you, so please Contact Us before sending anything back to us.
